Choose a character class — Warrior (high HP, Power Strike special), Mage (powerful Fireball that hits all enemies), or Ranger (Double Shot for two attacks). Navigate the dungeon map, enter monster rooms, and solve math problems to attack. Answer fast for bonus damage.
Problems scale with dungeon depth. Floor 1-2 covers addition and subtraction. Floor 3-4 introduces multiplication. Floor 5 adds division. Floor 6 and beyond mixes all operations with increasing difficulty. Boss fights use problems one level harder than the current floor.
Each floor has monster rooms, treasure rooms with stat boosts and healing, and a shop where you can spend gold on potions and permanent upgrades. Defeat the floor boss to descend deeper. Your HP carries between floors, so managing health is key to long runs.
Wrong answers are not punished — the game shows the correct answer with encouraging messages. Speed bonuses reward fast answers but slow answers still count. The goal is to make math practice feel like play, not homework.
